You are an individual who is expressive by nature. You see your voice as your most powerful weapon and understand the importance of controlling your own narrative. Silence is not an option for you unless you choose to invoke it yourself. And although you may be open about your positions, opinions, and beliefs, you respect the right of others to be entitled to theirs even if you disagree.

First Amendment

You recognize yourself as a private citizen and take the separation of the government and its people very seriously. Although you support a strong central government, you will not tolerate being forced to make space for government officials, especially any armed forces, in your personal and/or private quarters, such as your home, vehicle, or place of business.

Third Amendment

A law-abiding citizen, you respect the processes of your environments and understand your position within them. Just as well as you know the expectations of you as a citizen, you understand the organization's responsibilities to your life, liberty, and property. You never put yourself in a condemning position and you keep others honest by knowing your worth whenever they want something from you.

Fifth Amendment

You're no stranger to "the hot seat." In fact, being asked to "explain yourself" happens way more often in your general day-to-day than you would like. Harboring a true gift of gab, your preference for "explaining yourself" is to do so in front of a group of people, ideally impartial, who can cast judgment, one way or another, free from biases and prejudices.

Seventh Amendment

A person of nuance, very little gets past you, if at all. You have a strong ability to read between the lines and identify where the gaps are in other people's logic. You understand that just because something isn't explicitly stated doesn't mean that you don't have access to it. Basically, if someone needs an additional set of eyes to look over a contract, you're their person!

Ninth Amendment

A true Patriot in every sense of the word, you consider yourself an American first in all that you do. You believe in doing whatever it takes to protect, serve, and defend yourself, your loved ones, and your country. You are a strong proponent of firearms but do not condone when they are improperly used. And despite your relationship with guns, they are not your only sense of protection as you value defense in all its forms.

Second Amendment

Personal space and privacy are everything to you. You're not necessarily an introvert (although it helps!), but you are someone who likes to keep things to yourself. You understand that what belongs to you is yours to do with what you wish and that no person or entity can take that from you; and that if they attempt to, they better have a full and written explanation as to why.

Fourth Amendment

You don't like to wait around for things if you don't have to. When it comes to processes, you would rather get things rolling quickly instead of leaving the timeline up to someone else. You understand the value of counsel and guidance and have learned to never take someone's word at face value; and that it's important to have access to people who can speak positively on your behalf.

Sixth Amendment

"The punishment must fit the crime!" you scream at the top of your lungs. A proponent of the mantra "an eye for an eye," you are an advocate for equity in discipline. You push back against strategies that involve outdated or over-the-top practices and believe that sometimes the simplest way is the best way. You do, however, recognize that there are levels to offenses and support each being weighted accordingly.

Eighth Amendment

Although you recognize your independence as a private citizen, you remain a big believer in institutions and small government. You believe that, when free from intrusion by larger governments and organizations, smaller entities can thrive. You firmly believe that whatever the overarching government or organization doesn't do, the smaller organizations can and should be able to do freely.
